Runway Light Cleaners
This purpose-built attachment automatically detects the runway edge light and delivers a low pressure blast of water and soda to clean in one pass.
Using a mixture of soda, water and air the attachment blasts the light at a low pressure before rinsing with water for supreme dirt removal.
The one-man operation simply cleans the light and drives the short distance to the next one, reducing time and costs associated whilst improving aircraft flow in low visibility weather.

The road legal Multihog and front mounted Runway Light Cleaner can travel directly to areas which require cleansing. The Multihog only requires the operator to hold a valid UK license, therefore no specialist training is required. The 4 wheel hydrostatic drive prevents skidding and wheel spinning, preserving the vehicles tyres in the process. The Multihog's compact size, articulated design and excellent driver visibility make it ideal for manoeuvring in areas with restricted access
The whole operation is in-cab controlled allowing the operator to clean come rain or shine. Using a mixture of soda, water and air the attachment blasts the light at a low pressure before rinsing with water for supreme dirt removal. Each light can be cleaned in one swift pass.
