HR MANAGER

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join our growing business – this is a fantastic opportunity to really make a difference. Our people are our most important asset, and the right candidate will play a pivotal role in providing them with the support they need to excel.

Responsibilities include

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Absence reporting and monitoring.
  • Support with Employee Wellbeing provisions.
  • Organising Occupational Health Assessments where required.
  • Annual appraisal coordination and monitoring including implementation and monitoring of Personal Development Plans and arranging training.
  • Annual review of HR Policies and implementing any changes in HR legislation.
  • Maintaining and updating HR databases.
  • Liaising with 3rd parties on any HR matters when needed.
  • Supporting employee morale and positive workplace culture through organisation of business events including team building days.
  • Implementation and management of Employee Benefit Packages.
  • Management of off-boarding processes and procedures.

Qualities and Requirements

  • Self-motivated person who can work in a team and have a professional approach.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong initiative and organisational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and business managers.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality are paramount.
  • Good computer skills including word, excel & powerpoint knowledge.
  • Be confident liaising with a variety of people both internal and external to the business.
  • Knowledge of working with ISO 14001, 9001, 45001 would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience working in a HR management role preferred.

TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT OPERATIVES (WEST MIDLANDS)

We’re looking for experienced Traffic Management Operatives to join our team in Staffordshire and Telford.

It is desirable that applicants have previous traffic management experience and qualifications. A full UK driving licence is required as the role includes driving one of our commercial vehicles. Due to the nature of our industry, the role requires flexibility on work patterns, and you will be required to work a combination of days, nights and weekend shifts.

Requirements:

  • M1/M2 Qualification.
  • M5 Qualification.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
