Whole place approach
Our ‘whole place approach’ envisions a methodology where disruption is kept to a minimum, stakeholder satisfaction and efficiency is increased, whilst reducing carbon through forward planning.
We achieve this by identifying opportunities for additional maintenance activities that can be delivered within planned programmes by our same multi-skilled teams to maximise public space maintenance.

The approach starts by engaging with our clients in the early stages of a project. This allows our coordination team to survey sites and optimise programme of works – ensuring scheme efficiencies.
We see the importance of understanding your individual asset needs. Our collaborative approach to surveys ensures we can build programmes that overcome maintenance challenges and create better places for all.
Our dedicated traffic management team will design the most appropriate traffic management, keeping disruption to a minimum.
We are experienced in obtaining permit approvals, liaising with parish councillors and other contractors to ensure efficient works delivery.
Multi-faceted maintenance
Using in-house multi-skilled teams and multi-purpose equipment, we’re able to tackle several highways, civils, vegetation and cleansing tasks within one closure.
Highways
A flexible approach, able to switch between permanent pothole and patch repairs to larger surfacing schemes. Delivering a suite of innovative treatments in accordance with network repair needs.
Minor Civils
Whilst on site, we can take care of all minor civils including ironworks, manholes, paving, and slabbing.
Vegetation Clearance
The same team can support with vegetation services including grass cutting, tree maintenance, chemical free weed control, hedge cutting, and verge creep.
Cleansing
Before leaving the closure, we can deliver cleansing services including street sweeping, graffiti removal, chewing gum removal, and street furniture and sign cleansing.
Traffic Management
We can take ownership of all traffic management requirements including road closures, stop and go works, lane closures, convoy works and temporary traffic lights.
Network Resilience
We can provide added network resilience during periods of extreme weather. Services include flood alleviation, emergency traffic management, and winter maintenance.

MULTI-FACETED MAINTENANCE
Based on extensive surveys, we focus on carrying out several tasks within one road closure. This helps to reduce carbon by reducing the amount of maintenance vehicles required on site and associated mileage.

We empower the local community by taking care of all resident and business owner communications through letter drops, in-person meetings and drop-in sessions.
