Improved short chute design for cleaner and safer distribution of mastic with bespoke wheelbarrow for laying materials, avoiding manual handling injuries. Transportation and movement on site is reduced, minimising risk on site.

The boiler can be used both day and night, with the silent running electric motor keeping noise to a minimum and extending the working window in residential areas.
The dual battery system allows for full day’s working with the ability to charge or switch over batteries preventing any downtime.

The combination of the electric powered boiler with the recycled rubber mastic material, ensures a low carbon process for delivering repairs across your network. The material used is made up of recycled end-of-life tyres which would have gone to landfill.
The electronic regulator unit features a digital indicator and temperature gauge for accurate mixing of mastic material without overheating.
