Multevo commit to Place and become ADEPT Corporate Partner
The Association of Directors of Environment, Economy, Planning and Transport (ADEPT) have recently welcomed Multevo as a Corporate Partner.
Multevo are an award-winning and multi-faceted turnkey supply chain partner, self-delivering highways, civils and groundworks, vegetation and arboriculture as well traffic management and specialist fleet services.
Multevo have been advocates of ADEPT for some years, sponsoring events including the ADEPT Autumn Conference, ADEPT Spring Conference and Annual Awards Dinner, as well as being active participants in ADEPT Live Labs 2, undertaking several low carbon projects.
ADEPT Live Labs 2 is a three-year, £30 million, UK-wide programme funded by the Department for Transport, focused on decarbonising local roads.
Working in Hampshire, the company saved 3,474.81 Kg of CO2e across 13 shifts, 126 patch repairs and 874sqm of repair using innovative low carbon road repair treatments and multi-purpose working practices. In Cheshire West, 6,741.3 Ke of CO2e was saved across 25 shifts, repairing 342 defects totalling 2,792.87sqm of repair.
ADEPT itself is ‘the voice of place directors who are responsible for providing day to day services including local highways, recycling, waste and planning, whilst preparing for the longer term’. They ‘develop, support and represent members to make their places more resilient, sustainable, inclusive and prosperous, leading the transformation of local authorities’.
As a membership based professional organisation, ADEPT brings together county, unitary and combined authorities, sub-national transport bodies and strategic corporate partners to deliver better place services for all.

Multevo deliver differently, and their ‘Whole Place Approach’ turnkey solution envisions a methodology where disruption is kept to a minimum, stakeholder satisfaction and efficiency is increased, whilst reducing carbon through forward planning.
It encompasses a range of client support functions and self-delivered services, allowing for several highways, minor civils, vegetation, cleansing, and network resilience tasks to be carried in a single visit utilising multi-purpose people and plant – eliminating the need for several contractors.
