HR & Training Coordinator

  • Salary Details: £26,000.00 – £28,000.00 per year
  • Full time employment
  • Working hours – 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday
  • 20 days holiday per annum

This is a new role within the HR and Training Functions and will be ideal for someone who is interested in the policies and processes needed to support a business within the people management and development of our key asset – our people.

Ideally the individual will be keen to support and improve the administration processes within the Function, ensuring as little manual intervention as possible is needed. Understanding the way the business works and how best effective administration and data analysis can support line managers is key in this role. Effective communication and active listening will ensure you create solid working relationships with all levels of individuals within the business.

Key skills required for the role:

  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to learn new IT systems.
  • Effective communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to highlight issues and concerns to the relevant parties.
  • The ability to work with a team and independently as required.
  • A can do attitude and a will to learn new things are key to this busy role.
  • The ability to work within an expanding and fast-paced business.
  • A keen interest in Human Resources and Training is vital as expanding your knowledge and developing your experience will feature in everything you are asked to do.
