About the role
We’re looking for experienced 161 Roller Drivers to join our team. These are our requirements:
- Operate a 161 roller safely and efficiently in accordance with company and site procedures.
- Compact materials to required levels and specifications.
- Conduct daily machine checks and report any defects or maintenance issues.
- Work as part of a team to achieve high-quality surfacing results.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
- Assist with general site duties as required.
Other details about the role:
- Self-employed basis
- Immediate start dates available
- Work Rota – varying shifts, Overtime, Weekend working available
- All equipment (including company vehicle) and PPE provided
- Business use of commercial vehicle, for use between home address and work address
- Full industry accredited training provided
- Opportunity to progress to supervisor roles.
Due to the nature of our industry, the role requires flexibility on work patterns, and you will be required to work a combination of days, nights and weekend shifts.
Licence / Certification
- Full Clean UK Driving License (deal-breaker)
- Valid HGV Class 1 Licence (deal-breaker)
- CPC ticket (deal-breaker)
- CSCS Card (deal-breaker)
- CPCS Card (deal-breaker)
- NPORS ticket (deal-breaker)
