Our values

We have a diverse range of offerings within our business, from the services we deliver, to the plant and fleet we supply and maintain. We have also seen significant growth, with now over 300 people operating nationwide.

That’s why it is important for us to outline values that apply to all areas of our business.

Health & Safety

The safety of our people and the public is paramount in all that we do. We’ve embedded this throughout the business’s ethos through various initiatives.

BEST PRACTICE

We proudly hold ISO45001 Health and Safety Management Certification, as well as Constructionline Platinum, SSIP Principal Contractor, and National Highway Sector Schemes 10, 12, 16, and 18, showcasing our commitments.

We strive to be a zero RIDDOR operation with health, safety and wellbeing integrated into everything we do.

REAL-TIME TRANSPARENCY

We developed our own App in our mission towards zero harm. The App is used by all on-site personnel to report near misses, hazards, incidents and accidents in real-time, with pictorial evidence.

This feeds into a bespoke report dashboard, allowing our Health & Safety Management team and the client to review data and monitor trends.

From this, there is no where to hide and we can implement better ways of working to maximise the safety of our people and operations.

INVESTING IN SKILLS

It’s important to us that our operatives are competent and experienced to fulfil their role safely.

This is why we invest heavily into the training and development of our people, whilst ensuring teams are supervised in-house.

We digitally monitor operative competency expiration and have over 3,000 training records on the cloud. We invest over £150,000 each year on up-skilling our multi-skilled people.

We always strive for better ways of working through innovative products and processes and aren’t afraid to do things differently.

REPORTING

We closely monitor the quality of our operations through the Multevo App. The Multevo App allows us to record real-time information on quality through daily job records, quality audits and non-conformance reports. This holds us accountable for the quality of the services we deliver, with full client transparency.

Throughout the business we follow a right first time philosophy and are always looking for better ways to achieve this. No matter where we work, we focus on maximising the longevity of your network, which eliminates repeat visits and increases public satisfaction.

We’re driven by the quality of work we produce which has gained industry recognition. In 2024, we took home two industry awards including the Department for Transport Special Recognition Award for Collaborative Partnership, and the Team of the Year Award at the Highways Awards.
