Scott McDonald, Highways Operations Team Leader at Derby explains in his own words the positive impact the Multihog is having on their streetpride operations.

Since purchasing their Multihog (named Hogzilla by Council staff) in April 2020 the council have seen a 250-300% increase in road repair productivity and are forecasting to complete an additional 45,000 square metres of repairs within this financial year whilst reducing their cost of repair.

The Multihog has become a valuable asset for the Council who are also utilising the machine for cycleway and footway winter maintenance as well as flood water pumping to reduce specialist equipment hire costs.
