CONTRACTS MANAGER
This role will involve overseeing the management of the works programme, building, and maintaining relationships with clients and managing team performance within your allocated contracts in East Sussex and Hampshire. We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role, are operationally focused and have excellent knowledge highway maintenance and health and safety.
You will be primarily involved in the successful day-to-day running of our patching operations and will help manage the efficient, productive, and safe coordination of works. You will help drive consistency and quality of our works to meet high standards and best practice.

HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE OPERATIVES
Multiple vacancies are available for experienced highway maintenance operatives to support our gangs in East Sussex and Hampshire:
- Ride on roller driver
- Rakehand / Tarmacer
- Hotbox driver
- Sweeper driver
What we are looking for:
- Experience in Highways Maintenance
- Experience in asphalt – hand lay or machine lay
- Experience lifting ironworks
- Experience replacing or renewing kerbs & flags
Ideal skills you should have:
- CSCS / NRSWA
- Abrasive Wheels & Manual Handling
- Ride on Roller
- Class 2 or Class 1 Driver’s License
- CAT & Genny
TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT OPERATIVES
Positions are available for experienced M1/M2 or M5 plus traffic management operatives to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of traffic management across East Sussex and Hampshire.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in Traffic Management
- Flexibility to work a combination of days, nights, and weekend shifts
- Full clean UK driving licence
Ideal skills you should have:
- CSCS / NRSWA
- Valid M1/M2 or M5 Qualification
