Multevo will be demonstrating some of the latest technologies that form part of their turnkey highway maintenance service.
Multevo deliver a range of turnkey supply chain partnerships including highways, civils, traffic management, arboriculture, and vegetation management nationwide, and are the sole UK distributor of the innovative range of Multihog equipment and attachments.
Their turnkey solution empowers Multevo to take full ownership of the repair process to deliver an integrated permanent repair solution based around sound asset management, whilst integrating low carbon innovations.
The much-anticipated return of the LCRIG Innovation Festival will see Multevo demonstrating the latest innovations that form part of their all-encompassing service delivery methodology, showcasing each stage of the process. This includes showcasing the latest 3D road scanning technology which eliminates the need for traditional surveys whilst identifying the right treatments.
Multevo will then be utilising their dual-fuel hydrogen and hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) highway maintenance machine for cutting out the defected area, sweeping and collecting as well as laying new materials. Using the Hydrovo for permanent pothole, patch and defect repairs reduces emissions by up to 90% and has been used by several local authorities and principal contractors nationwide.
The team will then be demonstrating their bespoke App which is used operationally to record, report, and monitor all works delivered in real-time, covering productivity, health, safety, quality, and environment. In addition, the audience will have the opportunity to see Multevo’s real-time report dashboards which summarise key information into easily digestible and customised reports for their clients.
The demonstration takes place in the dedicated live demonstration zone on Tuesday the 4th of July at 15:30pm.
At last year’s event, Multevo won the Plant & Equipment Innovation Award following successfully demonstrating the Hydrovo’s multi-purpose capabilities for planing, sweeping, grass cutting, de-icing, paving, and flood water pumping.
This year the team are certain that incorporating low carbon permanent repair processes and digital innovations provides a fresh insight into the world of highway maintenance. In addition, the demonstration provides a live working example of how their turnkey solution is positively impacting the highways asset.
