Overview

Multevo have launched a UK first insitu recycling patch repair system for local roads. Capable of achieving 150 square metres of repairs per day on average without the need for virgin materials.

The system features regenerative technology which mills, rejuvenates and mixes 100% of existing materials for a cost effective and low carbon solution.

A SLICK PROCESS

How it works

In 3 simple steps, just one person and machine can repair roads to a high quality, whilst reducing environmental impact. Multevo self-deliver this service using one low-carbon, multi-purpose machine reducing risk, cost, disruption and carbon associated with traditional repair methods.

RECYCLE

The system mills the existing surface to a max depth of 100mm whilst also crushing milled materials.

REJUVENATE

It then mixes the recycled millings with a low carbon rejuvenator product, instantaneously ready for compaction.

REPAIR

What’s left is a 100% regenerated bituminous product leaving a long lasting and high quality repair that can instantly be reopened to traffic after compaction.
