Social Value

At Multevo we pride ourselves on being a socially responsible SME by working alongside our clients to build better communities where individuals can thrive no matter what their background.

Our Mission

Empower Communities: A community is a unified body of individuals working towards the same aspirations. Understanding the communities that we work in is crucial in delivering specific projects that benefit the individual needs of the community. We aim to adopt an approach which envisions 100% local employment on all of our contracts as well as identifying a local supply chain, including the use of SME’s.

Build a Resilient Future: We are committed to focusing on the recovery of society following the Covid-19 pandemic by increasing workplace wellbeing and assisting the local community to bounce back. Our workplace wellbeing strategy aims to create a culture where morale is high, with a positive working environment and increased job satisfaction.

Protect Planet Earth: We have recently introduced an internal Eco Innovation Forum which will outline our strategy to reducing our carbon footprint. This includes implementing a circular economy where possible, the use of electric equipment, sourcing environmentally friendly products as well as recycling waste.

Investing in People: Multevo are a Disability Confident affiliate, and our aim is to create a future where all employees feel valued and have the support and resources to reach their full potential. Our people are at the centre of our success and by investing in them through our appraisal schemes and training support we envisage a prosperous future working in unison.
